It is one of the banks with the highest credit ratings in Indonesia, namely AAA(idn)/stable from PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia.
In November 2012, we acquired an 80% shareholding in stockbroking firm, PT TransAsia Securities, renaming the subsidiary to AEGIS Sekuritas a month later. In December 2014, we increased our shareholding in AEGIS Sekuritas to 95.1%.
